力流分析法在大型客车车身结构分析上的应用 被引量:3

摘要 当前客车普遍存在结构设计不合理,从而导致车身质量增加与应力集中并存现象。运用NASTRAN软件,研究了一种提取结构内力的方法(即力流分析法),该方法可以直观显示复杂构件的受力情况,为车身设计提供有利依据。采用该方法对某大型客车车身右侧围骨架进行力流分析,提出了结构改进意见。 The phenomenon of stress concentration and increase of bus body mass is made due to the unreasonable structure layout design of bus.This paper studies a method of extracting the structure internal forces (i.e.load path analysis) by using NASTRAN software,the method can show the forces of complex components visually,which provides basis for the body design.The right side-frame of a bus is analyzed by load path analysis and some suggestions to improve structure are also proposed.
