摘要
随着科技的飞速发展，电子电气行业成为制造业中增长最快的领域之一，另一方面，高科技电子产品更新换代的速度越来越快，导致电子产品使用时间越来越短，报废电子设备的数量迅猛增加。据统计，全球电子垃圾目前正以每年3％至8％的速度增长，并将很快攀升到10％以上。根据统计，一台电脑的平均使用寿命已由1997年的6年降低至2005年的2年，
