现场总线在变制冷剂流量多联机系统中的应用

摘要 提出一种采用现场总线控制系统实现变制冷剂流量多联机系统中室内机与室外机之间通信的设计方案。在分析现场总线控制系统特点和变制冷剂流量多联机系统通信要求的基础上,确定了通信结构和通信对象模型,并给出了变制冷剂流量多联机系统拓扑结构、现场总线通信硬件方案和软件设计思想。经试验调试证明,利用现场总线控制系统能有效地解决变制冷剂流量多联机系统中室内机与室外机之间的通信和控制问题。 A design scheme that field bus control system (FCS) was used in communication between indoor controllers and outdoor controllers of variable refrigerant flow (VRF) multi-split air-conditioning system was proposed. Based on the analysis of technical characteristics of FCS and communication requirements of VRF air-conditioning system, the communication structure and object model were determined, and the topology of VRF air-conditioning, hardware scheme and software design scheme off FCS communication were given. The debugging experiment results proved that FCS was able to effectively resolve the communication problem among indoor controllers and outdoor controllers of VRF air-conditioning system.
