RNA干扰及其在口蹄疫病毒防御中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 RNA干扰(RNA interference,RNAi)是一种真核生物细胞在转录后引发基因沉默的分子机制。目前,RNAi的分子机制及其功能仍然有待更加细致地阐明,但作为一种反向遗传学手段已经在基因功能研究中广泛运用,并已作为一种治疗策略运用于人类抵抗重大遗传性疾病和病毒性疾病的研究当中。本研究将对RNAi的分子机制及其在抗口蹄疫病毒功能方面的研究作出简要的概括和展望。
