水稻57H谷蛋白突变体的谷蛋白含量分析 被引量:8

摘要 采用SDS-PAGE电泳对2份57H谷蛋白突变体的谷蛋白含量进行测定,结果表明,2份57H突变体的谷蛋白前体增加而相应的成熟酸碱亚基明显减少。利用考马斯亮蓝G-250法经过3年的测定,结果发现2个突变体谷蛋白含量与对照品种W3660无显著差异,但谷蛋白含量较低,这与SDS-PAGE测定的谷蛋白成熟的酸碱性亚基含量减少的结果相一致。
