摘要
分析了大西沟菱铁矿选矿工艺指标不高的原因和主要影响因素,针对存在的问题,从矿石性质、流程结构、药剂制度等方面进行了研究,通过生产调试和工业改造,获得铁精矿TFe品位60.63%,回收率75.42%的技术指标。
The reason that the separation index of Daxigou siderite was not satisfying and the main corresponding influen- cing factors were analyzed. According to the existing problems, the characteristics of the iron ore, flowsheet structure and reagent system were investigated. Through operation commissioning and industrial transformation, a concentrate with a TFe grade and recovery of 60.63% and 75.42%, respectively, can be obtained.
