摘要 某铁矿中铁矿物嵌布粒度微细,但脉石矿物组成简单,主要为石英,其含量高达45.81%。采用对SiO2选择性很强的高效阴离子捕收剂,通过阶磨全浮选流程,取得了铁精矿品位65.50%,回收率81.62%的指标。 For an iron ore, the iron minerals are finely disseminated, yet, the composition of gangue minerals is simple, among which SiO2 accounting for 45.81% in content, is the main composition. When a high effective anionic collector showing high selectivity to SiO2 was introduced and a process flowsheet of stage-grinding and whole reverse flotation was applied, an iron concentrate with a TFe grade of 65.50% and a recovery of 81.62% was obtained.
