摘要
针对我国尾矿库工程发展中存在几个观念性问题，从尾矿库工程特点、功能等方面进行了系统分析，讨论了《规范》的创新。
In view of some conceptive problems existing in the development of the tailing dam engineering of our country and analyzed systematically.Systematic analysis ismade based on characteristics and functions of the tailing dam engineering.Significance of the innovations of “the Management Standard of Tailing Dams”,the government action and modern science and technology for the harnessing of the tailing dam engineering are also discussed.
