In this paper,the process and methods of underground pipeline finding in the subsequent project of Shenzhen subway linel are introduced,and several managing experience is shared too. Including concretely：the practical applications of IPMP theory in the managing of pipeline finding item;how to carry out the molar management system,ISO9001 ： 2000,and so on.
