竖井双卷筒提升机钢丝绳偏角设计与实践

摘要 提出了竖井双卷筒提升机钢丝绳偏角设计时的两个隐含条件,在此条件下通过调整天轮平面与进出车方向(或卸载方向)的夹角,来调整天轮平面的间距,以改变钢丝绳的偏角,经实际运用取得良好的效果。 Two implicative conditions for the design of the rope fleet angle of a double drum winder for a vertical shaft are proposed.Under this condition the spacing of the head sheave planes is adjusted by adjusting the included angle between the head sheave plane and the direction of a the lifter passing in and out (or the direction of unloading) so as to chang the fleet angle of the winding rope,which has shown good practical effects.
