高等艺术教育和谐管理机制研究

Exploring Harmonious Management Mechanism of Higher Education in the Arts

艺术热引发的高等艺术教育办学规模盲目扩大、生源质量差、师资力量不足等问题早已引起学者的关注,但一直未能把问题上升到理论的高度加以很好地解决。本文从系统工程的视角出发,运用和谐管理理论,对高等艺术教育和谐管理机制进行系统构建,为艺术热所带来的诸多问题的解决探索理论支持。

The questions of blindly expansion of enrollment of arts education of higher learning caused by the arts craze,the poor quality of candidates as well as the lack of faculty have already attracted the attentions of scholars.However,this question has not been properly solved through the theory.From the perspective of systems engineering,the current thesis will conduct systemic construction upon the harmonious management mechanism of arts education of higher learning,with the HeXie Management,aiming to provide theoretical supports for the problems caused by the arts craze.
