摘要
在分析2000年以来我国信息素质研究著述的基础上,从信息素质概念、信息素质评价标准、信息素质教育、国外信息素质研究等方面阐述新千年以来我国信息素质的研究现状。指出在信息素质评价标准方面有诸多有益尝试,但还未形成权威的评价体系,在信息素质教育理论和实践研究方面有长足进展,但文献检索教材未能紧跟时代发展,在线信息素质教育还未形成自己特色。
After analyzing the papers and books about Chinese information literacy since 2000, from several aspects such as the concept, the evaluation standard, the education, and foreign researches, this paper tries to elaborate the Chinese present research situation of information literacy in the new century. We hold the opinions that, though there had been many helpful attempts in making the evaluation standard of information literacy, an authoritive evaluation system has not been set up; though there were great developments in the theory and practice research of information literacy,but the document retrieval course failed to follow the step with the times, and information literacy education online has not formed its characterics.
