NGAL与不同类型冠心病的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨血清中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白水平与冠心病病程的关系。方法对106例不同类型的冠心病患者行冠状动脉造影进行Gensini评分,应用双抗体酶联免疫吸附法检测患者血清中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白水平。结果不稳定性心绞痛、稳定型心绞痛、急性心肌梗死三组患者血清中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白浓度均高于正常对照组,差别均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且三组患者血清中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白水平与冠状动脉硬化Gensini积分呈显著正相关性(r=0.326,P<0.05)。结论血清中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白水平增高与冠状动脉硬化Gensini积分呈正相关性,血清中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白水平与冠心病病程密切相关。
