2005年至2008年某医科大学40岁以上职工体检参检率分析

Analyze the Physical Examination Participation Rate of Employees Over the Age of 40 in the Medical University During the Year 2005-2008

目的探讨某医科大学2005年至2008年40岁以上职工健康体检参检率和各体检项目参检率的变化及其影响因素。方法回顾性分析2005年至2008年某医科大学40岁以上职工体检资料,比较4年来整体参检情况,各体检项目参检情况及其影响因素。结果某医科大学40岁以上职工人群整体的参检比例逐年提升,依从性有所下降;各体检项目的参检率受教育背景因素的影响。结论需要开展对特定人群的健康教育以提高体检参检率,应有针对性地对体检项目进行改进。

Objective To understand the rate of participation of the staff in physical examinations and factors affecting the rate. Methods The physical examination reports of employees over the age of 40 at Capital Medical University（CMU） during the year 2005-2008 were retrospectively analyzed and the participation rates among different departments and its overall value were compared. Results The participation rate increased gradually year by year; however,the participators＇ compliance decreased. The participation rate varied in different physical examinations and was affected by the employees＇ education background. Conclusion Improvements on the exam settings are needed in order to increase the participation rate,and the training on the importance of physical examination is needed to carry out.
