摘要
以页岩飞灰为主要原料,加入辅助原料CaO制备微晶玻璃,用差热分析、X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜等测试手段,研究了碱度和热处理时间对微晶玻璃微观结构的影响。结果表明:制备的微晶玻璃是以钙长石为主晶相的多晶相物质;碱度的增加有利于玻璃中的无定形相含量提高,不利于晶相的形成;当碱度为0.33时,在810℃核化1.0h,956℃晶化3h的条件下,微晶玻璃晶体呈球状且颗粒均匀。
Nucleated glass-ceramics were prepared from oil shale fly ash as a major raw material with CaO as an additive. The effects of alkalinity (A) and heat treatment duration on microstructure of nucleated glass-ceramics were investigated by using differential scanning calorimetery, X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope. The results show that anorthite is the main crystalline phase in glass-ceramics. The increase of A enhances the content of amorphous phase and decreases crystallization in glass-ceramics. When A is 0.33 in raw material, the sphere-shaped crystals with the same size occurres in glass-ceramics when nucleated at 810 ℃ for 1.0 h and crystallized at 956 ℃ for 3.0 h.
