关于鼓式刨片机刀鼓设计中几个问题的探讨

鼓式刨片机是刨花板生产中比较理想的刨花制备设备,它的关键部件是刀鼓。本文首先介绍了刀鼓的主要类型和双曲面刀鼓的结构特点,然后对双曲面刀鼓设计中双曲面尺寸、底刀双曲线尺寸、驱动功率和生产能力的计算以及诸切削参数的选择和计算进行探讨,并就BX444长材刨片机实际检测结果,验证了文中所述的部分计算方法。

The drum flaker is aft ideal machine for making flakes in particleboard production, and the drum is a keypart. In this article, the main types of drums and the structure characteristics of the hyperboloidal drum were introduced. The design parameters of hyperbololidal drum and its dead knife, the driving power, productive capacity as well as selection and calculation of some cutting parameters were studied. According to the examination results of Model BX444 drum flaker, the design calculation methods stated by the article were verified.
