摘要
目的检测Diaton眼压仪的临床性能。方法分别使用Diaton眼压仪及Gold-mann压平眼压计测量103例(206眼)患者的眼压并分析结果的相关性。结果Diaton眼压仪和Goldmann压平眼压计测得的平均眼压分别为(16.46±2.03)mmHg(1kPa=7.5mmHg)和(18.04±2.63)mmHg,二者平均眼压比较,差异无统计学意义(F=0.091,P=0.918)。2种眼压仪测量值之差的平均值为(-1.05±2.12)mmHg,Diaton眼压仪测量平均值略低于Goldmann眼压计测量平均值,二者测量值的相关系数r=0.909,P=0.000,呈高度正相关。使用Goldmann压平眼压计的患者出现眼部异物感、畏光、流泪等不适,136眼出现荧光素染色阳性。使用Diaton眼压仪患者无不适,26眼角膜荧光素染色阳性。结论Diaton眼压仪测量值与Goldmann压平眼压计测量值高度正相关,且舒适度高,可在临床实践中推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical performances of Diaton tonometer(DT).Methods Intraocular pressure(IOP)was measured by DT and Goldmann applanation tonometer(GAT)on 206 eyes of 103 patients,and the correlation of IOP measured by DT and GAT were analyzed.Results The mean IOP by DT and GAT were(16.46±2.03)mmHg(1 kPa=7.5 mmHg)and(18.04±2.63)mmHg,respectively.There was no statistical difference in IOP between that by DT and that by GAT(F=0.091,P=0.918).The mean difference between these two kinds were(-1.05±2.12)mmHg, IOP by DT was lower than that by GAT, and there was a correlation between them(r = 0. 909,P = 0. 000). There were patients with ocular foreign body sensation, photophobia and lacrimation, and 136 eyes with positive fluorescein staining by GAT;No patient felt uncomfortable and 26 eyes were with positive corneal fluorescein staining by DT. Conclusion IOP measured by DT are highly correlated with that by GAT. DT has a high degree of comfort and can be used in clinical diagnosis.
