摘要 骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,BMSC)作为中胚层来源的多能干细胞,除了能够分化为间充质系细胞如成骨细胞、脂肪细胞和软骨细胞外,尚具有神经分化的潜能,可望用于治疗神经退行性病变,而对于BMSC的神经分化条件及机制的充分了解能够更好的指导研究,故本文在此对BMSC的神经分化条件及机制进行综述。 Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSC)are a kind of multipotential cells in mesoderm.With exception of differentiating mesenchymal cells like osteoblasts,adipocytes and chondrocytes,BMSC have the potential of neural differentiation and can be used to treat neurodegeneration.A good understanding for the condition and mechanisms of neural differentiation in BMSC can be used to guide study.This article reviews the condition and mechanisms of neural differentiation in BMSC.
