摘要
目的介绍一种耳郭再造术中再造耳的三维定位方法。方法依照健侧耳郭形状及颅耳角大小,绘制立体的透明胶片,以头面部中线为中轴,反转至患侧,反折耳轮缘处胶片,从而确定再造耳郭的三维空间位置。结果68例小耳畸形与耳郭缺如患者,均采用立体透明模片定位法行耳再造术,均获满意效果。随访3个月至2年,再造耳郭形态自然。结论该定位方法设计合理,不仅可以确定再造耳的大小及位置高低,还可明确颅耳角的角度,是一种能够较为精确地定位再造耳郭三维空间位置的立体定位方法。
Objective To investigate an effective orientation method in total auricular reconstruction. Methods The stereoscopic transparent film was designed according to the shape and cranioauricular angle of the contralateral ear, and then inverted to the deformity side, as well as folding the helix margin in order to determine the stereoscopic location of ear reconstruction. Results Clinically, sixty-eight cases with microtia or auricle absence were performed this method in the procedure of total auricular reconstruction and the results were all satisfactory'. The appearance of the reconstructed ear was natural after a 3 - 24 months follow-up. Conclusion This method, through which both the size and position of the reconstructed external ear and its ear-skull angle can be ensured, is characterized by reasonable design, precise orientation and flexible employment, and it is helpful to improving the operative effect.
