探讨注射隆乳后聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶的取出方法

目的探讨注射隆乳聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶取出操作的技巧与方法。方法自2005年12月至2009年1月，对聚内烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳术后并发症的274例患者，全部经乳晕切口切开清除病变组织，详细分解各种操作技巧的步骤和方法。结果所有患者临床症状缓解，222例术后获随访3～6个月，外形良好。结论选择切、剪、抻、捻、捋、搔刮、洗、吸等方法，使聚内烯酰胺水凝胶最大程度地取出，减少了组织的损伤。

Objective To explore the technique of taking out polyacrylamide hydrogel used for augmentation mamaplasty. Methods from December 2005 to January 2009, 274 patients with the postoperative complications of augmentation ammaplasty by injecting polyaerylamide hydrogeL were treated hy the areola incision, removing the bad tissue, and all steps of operating techniques were described in detail. Results The clinical symptoms of all cases relieved. Among 274, 222 cases were followed up for 3 - 6 months, all were in good shape. Conclusion Utmost removaL of polyacrylamide hydrogel by using the operative methods of cutting, shearing, twisting, scratching, scraping, washing, shafting, and so on can reduce damage to the tissue.
