岛叶癫痫的解剖、术前评估及治疗进展 被引量:2

摘要 岛叶癫痫是一个很早就提出的概念,近年来随着各种新技术在临床研究中的应用,使得人们对这一类型的癫痫有了更新的认识。本文概括叙述了岛叶的解剖,回顾了岛叶癫痫的研究历史,尤其综述了临床上对岛叶癫痫的症状学、影像学、电生理学的研究进展,阐述了目前临床上对岛叶癫痫的治疗现状,并且在此基础上对岛叶癫痫的诊断及治疗前景进行了展望。
