摘要
探讨教师工作满意度对教师个人的身心健康、学校的管理工作以及社会发展有着重要的现实意义。本文从实证研究入手,构建了独立学院教师工作满意度的五维度结构模型,分析了独立学院教师工作满意度现状及其影响因素,并提出提高教师工作满意度的策略。
It is of practical significance to study the influence of job satisfaction on teachers' physical and mental health, school management and social development. Starting with a case study, this paper establishes a five-dimension model to illustrate job satisfaction of the faculty of independent colleges, analyzes job satisfaction and affecting factors, and then presents corresponding strategies to improve job satisfaction of the faculty of independent colleges.
