论学术自由的制度保障

On the System Guarantee for Academic Freedom

学术自由是大学学术活动中最核心、最基本的价值观之一,学术自由制度是为了保护学者在追求真理的过程中,不受外界不合理因素干扰和影响,保障学术自由理念得以实现的制度。本文从学术自由的内涵出发,分析了学术自由面临的挑战和困境,从学术自由的外部保障、学术自由的同业保障、学术自由的自我约束等三个方面提出了保障学术自由的三个方面建议。

Academic freedom is one of the most central and fundamental values in university academic activities. The system of academic freedom is the system that protects scholars against being interfered and affected by unreasonable factors from the outside and guarantees that their academic freedom idea can be realized in the process of pursuing the truth. This article, starting from the con- notation of academic freedom, analyses the challenge and predicament that academic freedom faces, and puts forward some suggestions to guarantee academic freedom from three aspects： external guarantee of academic freedom, the guarantee of the same trade for academic freedom and self-control of academic freedom.
