龙钢1^#高炉炉料冶金性能分析

摘要 鉴于龙钢1#高炉能耗较高和未对该高炉入炉原料及综合炉料的冶金性能做过全面分析的实际,通过对其入炉原料和综合炉料的冶金性能进行全面的测定及分析,为优化高炉炉料结构,提高高炉精料水平,促进高炉节能降耗提供依据。 The present situation that No. 1 blast furnace of LongMen Iron and Steel corporation, of which energy consumption is higher and the metallurgic properties of raw charge,synthesis furnace burden have not been systematically analyzed. Through comprehensively determining and analyzing the metallurgic properites of raw charge and synthesis furnace burden, we provided basis for optimizing the burden structure,raising the level of beneficiated materials, promoting saving energy of the blast furnace.
