摘要
2008年下半年国际金融危机爆发之后,世界第四大钢铁公司韩国浦项凭借其多年来生产经营积累的经验及较早引入了危机管理机制,将这场危机所造成的损失降至最低。本文简要介绍了浦项应对金融危机所采取的5项举措以及未来十年发展规划和实施措施。
After international financial crisis broke out in the second half of 2008, POSCO has minimized the losses caused by the crisis by operating experience and crisis management systems. This paper briefly introduced five measures to response financial crisis and future development for ten years of POSCO.
