本文所开发研制的整体式数显电感内径测微仪，采用比较法测量。集测量、传感和显示于一体，具有结构紧凑、体积小、功耗低、方便实用、精度高、显示直观、测量效率高等优点。

In this paper,a compact digital inductive ID(Inside Diameter) micrometer is developed.A comparison method of measurement is adopted.The parts of measuring,tansforming and displaying are integrated.The micrometer is much smaller in size than the conventional ones,with lower consumption of power,and can be operated conveniently.It also has some advantages,such as more accurate,result digitizing;more efficient,ect.
