利用数字图象处理技术在线测量烧结矿 FeO 含量的研究 被引量:3

摘要 在分析和比较国内外其他烧结矿FeO含量检测方法的基础上,提出了利用数字图象处理技术在线测量烧结矿FeO含量的方法。这种方法的思想是,利用黑白CCD摄象机配合滤光片,实时摄取烧结机尾断面图象,然后用计算机计算断面图象上烧结矿气孔的面积率,再利用通过实验得出的烧结矿FeO含量与烧结矿气孔面积率和烧结废气温度的二元线性回归方程,求出烧结矿FeO的含量。本文介绍了测量方法、测量装置及实验结果。 On the basis of analysis and comparison of the measurement methods of ferrous oxide (FeO) in sinter,this paper proposed a new method for the on line measurement of ferrous oxide in sinter by means of digital image processing technique.The idea of this method is as follows.A black and white CCD camera equipped with two optical filters,an image collecting card and a personal computer were used to collect the cross section image of the discharge end of the strand in the real time.The image was first digitally filtered using the updated regional average smoothing method,which has better result than the common regional average smoothing method and is simple.Then it was segmented using the iterative adaptive two class thresholding method,which utilizes the Ostus method to calculate the global threshold of the overall image and the moment preserving method to calculate the local threshold of a moving 9×9 window by only consideration of the pixels whose gray level is higher than the global threshold.From the segmented image,the area ratio of the sinter pore on the cross section of the discharge end of the strand was calculated by a microcomputer.It is known from the sintering technology that when the concentration of ferrous oxide in sinter becomes higher,the sinter pore will be bigger and the temperature of the waste gas will rise.So a two element linear recursive equation between the concentration of ferrous oxide in sinter and the area ratio of sinter pore as well as the temperature of the waste gas was established from the experimental data and used to forecast the concentration of ferrous oxide in sinter.In this paper,the measurement principle,the measurement equipment and the experiment result were presented.
