某型柴油机曲轴断裂失效分析

Failure analysis of diesel engine crankshaft

针对某型柴油机曲轴提前断裂问题,进行了宏观和微观外观形貌,对材料的成份,表面硬度和表面粗糙度的分析。结果表明曲轴早期失效的主要原因是第一连杆颈R处存在粗加工刀痕,是它断裂的主要原因;曲轴的渗氮层深偏浅,强化效果不够也是它断裂的影响因素。

In order to definite the failure reason of crankshaft used in diesel engine, the experiments sueh as appearance examination, macro-and micro-arcographs analysis,microstructure examination,rigidity testing were carried out. Based on the physics and chemistry experiments, the reasons of the crankshatt fracture were the too light depth of nitriding layer,which result in inadequate level of strengthen.
