大秦线大中修集中施工自轮运转车辆作业安全的问题及对策

Issue and Countermeasure of Operation Security of Self-movement Vehicle in the Concentration of Maintenance Period of Datong-Qinhuangdao Line

针对大秦线施工作业与运输安全的矛盾,结合大秦线现有的施工作业方案,通过分析近年来施工自轮运转车辆发生的事故,对自轮运转车辆在施工作业中的安全问题提出对策。

Aiming at the contradiction of field operation and transportation safety of Datong-Qinhuangdao line, connecting with the current operation plan of Datong-Qinhuangdao line, this paper makes an analysis on accidents of self-movement vehicle in recent years, and then provides some countermeasures to guarantee the security of self-movement vehicle in real operation.
