摘要
在系统设计中,通过对某一参数的控制求得使该系统在未来某一时刻的功能得到改善或提高是完全可行的。本文正是运用这样的方法,根据同步器换档的工作程序,在分析同步器换挡过程的基础上,合理地选择助力时机,以求达到使驾驶员能凭自己的手感平稳地加力,并在达到同步后轻便地挂上档。从而成功地避免了换档冲击,实现了变速箱液压助力操纵系统的无冲击设计。
In designing of system, we often through control of a certain parameter get functional improvement or increment of all system at a future moment. The article exactly use this method that is according as working program of shift with synchronizer and superiority of hydraulic transmission, on the basis of analysis gear shift course with synchronizer, we can find the opportunity of aid in attempt to enable driver to exert force stably on own hand feeling and after fulfiling synchromech engage the desired gear lightly. Thus we avoid successfully shock in caurse of gear shifting and accomplished shock free design for the hydraulic assisted operating system of transmission.
