蜂产品中诺氟沙星残留量的反相离子对色谱测定方法研究

摘要 研究建立蜂产品中诺氟沙星残留量的反相离子对高效液相色谱测定方法。样品用水相提取,经C18固相萃取柱净化,在273nm波长下用二极管矩阵检测器检测。结果表明:诺氟沙星浓度在0.3~4.0μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为77.6%~94.7%,变异系数为1.52%~6.57%,最低检测限为0.1μg/mL。 A method was developed for detecting norfloxacin residues in bee products by recovered-phase ion pair HPLC with DAD detection at 273nm.Norfloxacin was extracted from honey using water.The solution was cleaned by C18 solid-phase extraction cartridag.The results showed that the peak area response was linear for norfloxacin between 0.3μg/mL and 4.0μg/mL.The average recovery rate was 77.6%~94.7% and CV was 1.52%~6.57%.The detection limit for norfloxacin was 0.1μg/mL.
