摘要
食品毒理学是食品质量与安全专业的一门重要的专业基础课程。就食品毒理学的专业地位、学科特点、课堂教学方法及课程实验等问题进行分析,并提出一些建议,以期更好地开展该课程的教学工作。
Food toxicology was an important professional foundation course in food quality and safety discipline.However,as a new course in Shanxi Agricultural University,there were some problems in its teaching quality.In the paper,the speciality position,discipline characteristics,classroom teaching methods,and course experiments were discussed,and some proposes were put forward,so as to improve the teaching of food toxicology.
