摘要
为了解决某型引进飞机过压保护器备件短缺问题,在对进口产品的故障率高等局限性原因进行分析研究的基础上,提出了具体的解决对策,给出了一种集成电路设计过压保护器的总体方案,完成了过压探测及延时电路、均衡控制电路和故障鉴别电路等电路的设计,解决了多发并联供电系统负载均衡分配的技术难题和对故障电机进行鉴别。实际应用情况表明,新设计的过电压保护设备不仅功能齐全,各项性能指标达到并部分优于进口产品,而且接口关系简单,便于使用和维护。
In order to solve the shortage of airplane over-voltage safeguard equipment, a new project was presented based on the analyzing of high fault rate and limitation of foreign equipment, a proposal for overvoltage safeguard equipment was given based on IC design, the designs of over-voltage detect and delay principle circuit, equilibrium control circuit, avoid miss action safeguard circuit were completed. Load equilibrium distributive technique problem of multi parallel connection power supply system, and fault electricity machine could be distinguished. The practical application indicates that the new over-voltage safeguard equipment has complete function, and the properties reach to that of import production, its interface is simple, it is easy for use and maintenance.
