摘要
通过对苹果根区土壤生物特性的调查和分析,结果表明,夏季脲酶、蔗糖酶、蛋白酶、多酚氧化酶、过氧化氢酶活性在不同果园存在着很大的不同,它们和有机质含量、微生物数量密切相关,与土壤全量、速效养分之间,绝大部分都呈显著或极显著相关,对有机质除直接作用外,多是通过其他酶的间接作用来影响的;苹果根区土壤微生物数量均为夏季>秋季>春季,微生物总数与土壤主要肥力均呈正相关,与有机质、全氮、全磷均达到显著或极显著水平。
Soil bio-characteristics of root zone of apple were investigated and analyzed. Result shows that the enzymes activities of urease, saccharase, proteinase , polyphenol oxidase and catalase are evidently different in different orchards. The enzymes activities in root zone are closely correlated with the content of organic matter and microbe properties, and mostly showed significant or mighty significant correlation with the total and available nutrition of the root soil, which affected the organic matter except the direct action for the indirect action mostly. The seriation of the microbe properties in root soil are all summer 〉 spring 〉 autumn, and the microbe population were positively correlated with the leading soil fertility, which are significant or mighty significant level with the organic matter, total nitrogen and total phosphorus.
