中国当代城市经济理论研究与未来展望

Theoretical research and prospect of urban economics in contemporary era in China

城市是经济发展的据点,也是经济发展的焦点。城市中演绎着现代文明与传统文化的碰撞及融合,见证了经济、政治、宗教、文化等各种人类活动的发展变迁,城市因此而成为学术界关注和研究的重要领域。理论源自于实践,同时又是指导实践的风向标。中国当代城市经济理论研究走过了艰难而辉煌的历程,尤其是改革开放以来,中国学者在城市经济理论领域开展了精彩而深刻的探索,在城市化、城市群、大都市、城市产业(产业集聚、结构类型、转型优化)、竞争力、生态保护、开发区、住宅与土地经济、城市经营与管理等方面取得了大量研究成果。本文在梳理中国当代城市经济理论研究的基础上,对未来研究重点作出了初步预测和展望。

Cities are the base as well as the focus of modem economic development. Traditional culture and modem civilization are mixing with each other in cities where human being activities such as economics, politics, religions, cultures are happening every minute. Urban Economics has become one of the most important fields to the scholars. Theory comes from practice, and it can instruct practice. In sixty years, especially after Chinese Economic Reform, many Chinese Scholars are exploring deeply in the theoretical fields of Urban Economies and had gained dozens of achievements in the fields of Urbanization, urban agglomeration, metropolitan, urban industries （such as： industrial clustering, industry structuring type, transformation optimization）, city competitiveness, ecological protection, development zones, residential and land economics, urban management. Based on clearing up the great progress in urban economics in contemporary era in China, this paper try to points out the future essential research fields.
