New Inspiration from Marx's Theory on Capital Production System:the Government Need to Play an Irreplaceable Role in the Economic Globalization

本文以马克思资本生产批判内容的挖掘、经济全球化以及新自由主义主张后果的分析为基础,认为在当前经济全球化条件下,更需要注意发挥政府在经济社会发展、城乡差距、两极分化、产能过剩、环境污染、传统道德、消费观念和经济危机等方面的积极作用。

After analyzed Marx＇s Theory on Capital Production System, Economic Globalization ＆ Neoliberalism and their effects, this paper pointed out, the government need to play an irreplaceable role in the economic and social development, urban -rural gap, social polarization, overcapacity, environmental pollution, traditional moral value, consume idea and economic crisis against the backdrop of growing eco-nomic globalization.
