摘要
城市空间结构衍化的本质是经济社会要素在地域空间上聚集与扩散的运动过程,其主要动力在于分工、专业化与集聚效应的作用。本文通过对城市空间结构衍化过程和物流对分工与集聚影响的探讨,剖析了物流业对城市空间结构的作用机制,并阐述了现代城市物流的布局规划。
The essence of urban spatial structure evlution is the movement of economic and social factors in the geographical space and the main force lies in the division, specialization and the role of clustering effect. Through the discussion about the evolution of urban spatial structure and the effct of logistics industry on the division of labor and concentration, the author analysis the mechanism of logistics industry to the urban spatial structure evolution. In the last, the article layout the modem urban planning.
