摘要
高校作为"人类社会的动力站",在文明不断发展的历程中担当了不可替代的角色,始终与国家的兴盛同步前行。而高校的兴盛,离不开把握正确方向、准确定位、科学决策、团结合作的领导团队。本文从上层梯队理论说明为什么研究高校领导团队,高校领导团队作为研究对象的特点,其行为整合的重要性,以及从团队认知视角(团队认同)解释高校领导团队行为整合等层面解读高校领导团队。
During the process of continuously developmental civilization, as a power station of human society, colleges play an irreplaceable role, and have always been synchronous with country prosperous. However, colleges will not thrive without the right direction, accurate positioning scientific decision - making and collaboration of their leadership teams. The present paper first explains why research collge leadership team from the upper echelons theory, and then summarizes the features of college leadership team, analyzes the importance of behavioral integration in leadership team. At last, we fully discuss behavioral integration of eollge leadership team from the team cognition perspective.
