The Research on Development of New Type of Rural Cooperative Medical Care System in Hebei Province

新型农村合作医疗制度担负着保障农民健康的重任,是完善农村社会保障体系的重要组成部分,也是社会主义新农村建设的重要组成部分。本文从河北省新型农村合作医疗制度的发展过程出发,研究了河北省新型农村合作医疗体制发展过程中取得的成效与存在的问题,在此基础上提出一些政策建议。

New type of rural cooperative medical care system is carrying the responsibility of the security of rural residents＇ health, which is a crucial component of completing the rural social security system. This paper, in terms of the development process of new type of rural cooperative medical care system in Hebei province, further discussing the existing problems in new type of rural cooperative medical care system in Hebei province, is also aimed at reaching several policy recommendations.
