摘要
利用天然斜发沸石离子交换脱除氨氮机理处理污水厂二级出水,通过对沸石离子交换柱的NH4+交换量、沸石柱离子交换柱的再生和再生盐水的脱氮进行分析,确定了去除污水厂二级出水中氨氮的工艺流程和适宜参数,经处理后氨氮含量低于5 mg/L,达到一级A的国家排放标准(GB198918-2002)。本研究可为污水厂二级出水中氨氮的处理提供一定的技术依据。
The natural clinoptilolite was used to dispose the secondary effluent water of wastewater treatment plant with the function of ion exchange on ammonia nitrogen. The NH4^ + exchange capacity in the zeolite ion exchange column, the regeneration of the zeolite ion exchange column ,the denitrification of the regenerated brine were investigated, and the treatment process and appropriate parameters for the removal of ammonia nitrogen from secondary effluent of wastewater treatment plant were established. The ammonia nitrogen outlet concentration in the zeolite ion exchange column was lower than 5mg/L,which meets the primary A national discharge standard (GB198918--2002). These results have great significance in developing treatment technology of ammonia nitrogen from the secondary effluent of wastewater treatment plant.
