摘要
以固体酸SO42-/SnO2-SiO2为催化剂,催化大豆油和甲醇制备生物柴油,考察了催化剂的制备条件和反应的最佳条件。结果表明,当催化剂的n(Sn)/n(Si)摩尔比达1∶3以上,浸渍硫酸溶液浓度为1.0~1.5 mol/L,450℃焙烧5 h,催化剂对酯交换反应有高催化活性,催化剂的活性不受体系中游离脂肪酸的影响,醇油摩尔比为13∶1,每摩尔油使用1.0 g催化剂,120℃反应3h,脂肪酸甲酯收率达90%以上。催化剂的吡啶红外谱图表明催化剂具有L酸中心和B酸中心,催化剂的NH3-TPD曲线表明催化剂具有超强酸性。
Biodiesel was obtained through transesterification of soybean oil with methanol, using SO4^2-/SnO2-SiO2 as a solid acid catalyst. Catalyst preparation factors and reaction factors were investigated. It was found that SO4^2-/SnO2-SiO2 exhibited high activity for transesterification under the conditions of n(Sn)/n(Si) over 1/3, the concentration of impregnating sulfuric acid solution at 1.0-1.5 mol/L, calcination temperatature at 450℃ . The activity of the catalyst was not affected by the presence of fatty acid. The yield of methylesters reached over 90% under the condition of methanol/oil mole ratio of 13 : 1, 120℃ , 3 h and 1.0 g of catalyst per mol oil. IR analysis of the catalyst absorbing pyridine shows that there were Lewis and Bronsted acid sites on the catalyst. NH3-TPD mesurement shows that the catalyst had superacidity.
