循环流化床锅炉不同负荷下燃烧份额的分布研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了预测循环流化床锅炉的热力性能,对不同负荷下循环流化床锅炉的燃烧份额分布进行了研究。依据大量变工况试验获得的循环流化床锅炉固体物料浓度沿炉膛高度的分布,通过物料平衡和能量平衡的建模研究,分析了不同工况下燃烧份额的分布,透视出流化床锅炉负荷由大到小,运行状态由循环床到鼓泡床间的迁移变化。得出了燃烧份额随负荷的变化规律,为循环流化床锅炉热力性能和动态特性的研究提供了一定的技术支持。 In the light of many hot test measurement in the furnace of a 75t/h circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler at different operating conditions, the profiles of the solid suspension density along the height of the furnace were given in present work. On the basis of this, a model was developed for the heat balance of the circulating fluidized bed boiler at different operating conditions, with focuses on coal combustion fraction in different zones of the furnace. Through calculation of solid balance and heat balance, the distributions of coal combustion fraction of each zone were analyzed, and also the transition of operating modes from fast bed to bubbling bed was known clearly with the load of CFB boiler changing from full to part. The present work may provide technical support for the study of dynamic property and simulation of CFB boiler.
