中小企业与区域创新系统(RIS)的绩效关系研究

Research on Performance Relationship between Small and medium-sized Enterprises and RIS

首先介绍了中小企业的区域分布情况,然后通过所构建的RIS绩效评价指标体系,运用因子分析对各区域的绩效进行了排名。通过对中小企业的区域分布及RIS创新绩效的相关研究发现,RIS创新绩效与中小企业高度相关,相对于大型企业而言,RIS的绩效体现了具有与该区域中小企业的发展更直接的关系。最后从3方面提出了RIS中的中小企业健康成长的外部支撑对策。

This paper introduces the regional distribution of small and medium-sized enterprises firstly. Furthermore, based on the established evaluation index system of RIS, various regional performances have been arranged by factor analysis. According to the research on regional distribution of small and medium-sized enterprises and the research on RIS innovation performance, it is found that RIS innovation performance is highly related to small and medium-sized enterprises. Comparing with large enterprises,it is obvious that RIS performance expresses more direct relationship with the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Finally,outer solutions to healthy growth of small and medium-sized enterprises in RIS have been listed from three aspects.
