Optimization of Extraction Technology of Volatile Oil In Jiawei Xihuang Soft Capsule by Orthogonal Test

目的研究加味西黄软胶囊中挥发油提取工艺。方法以气相色谱法(GC)测定挥发油中醋酸辛酯的含量,并以此及挥发油得率作为工艺评价指标,采用正交试验法优选加味西黄软胶囊中挥发油的提取工艺。结果提取挥发油的最佳工艺为加7倍水,不浸泡,提取7h。结论该工艺适于加味西黄软胶囊中挥发油的提取。

Objective To study the extraction process of volatile oil in modified xihuang soft capsule. Methods The content of octyl acetate was determined by gas chromatography （ GC ） , which was used to evaluate the extraction rate of volatile oil. The orthogonal design was adopted to optimize the extraction technology of volatile oil. Results The optimum extraction conditions of volatile oil were as follows ： adding 7-fold water, no soaking, extracting for 7 hours. Conclusion The technic is suitable for extraction of volatile oil in modified xihuang soft capsule.
