摘要
目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定金刚藤软胶囊中脂溶性成分白藜芦醇的含量。方法以Agilent Extend-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为固定相,乙腈-水(22:78)为流动相,检测波长为306nm,流速1mL·min-1。结果白藜芦醇在21.12~316.80ng线性关系良好,r=1.0000;加样回收率为101.4%,RSD=1.9%。结论该法简单、快速、适合于测定金刚藤软胶囊中白藜芦醇的含量。
Objective To establish a high-performance liquid chromatographic assay for determining resveratrol in fingangteng soft capsule. Methods Chromatography was performed on an Agilent Extend-C t8 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm ). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water ( 22 : 78 ) , a flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 and the detecting wavelength was 306 nm. Results The standard curve was rectilinear in the range of 21.12 - 316.80 ng ( r = 1. 000 0) for resveratrol, and the recovery of samples was 101.4% (RSD = 1. 9% ). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and suitable for the determination of resveratrol in fingangteng soft capsule.
