斑蝥酸钠维生素B_6注射液联合术后化疗治疗胃癌的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Sodium Cantharidate Vitamin B_6 Injection Combined with Postoperative Chemotherapy in Treatment of Gastric Cancer

目的观察斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液联合术后化疗治疗胃癌的临床疗效,及对化疗不良反应的影响。方法回顾自2008年3月-2009年9月以来,对50例胃癌患者进行斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液联合术后化疗的疗效观察,比较A组(斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液加化疗)与B组(单纯化疗)化疗后毒副反应的水平。结果治疗组在白细胞减少、恶心呕吐、肝功能异常的发生率分别为48%、44%、4%;对照组分别为76%、72%、20%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组在其他方面不良反应差异无统计学意义。结论斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液联合术后化疗治疗胃癌,可增强胃癌病人的抗病能力,减轻化疗毒副反应,提高疗效,值得推广。

Objective To observe the efficacy and toxicity of treatment of gastric cancer with combined sodium cantharidate vitamin 136 injection and postoperative chemotherapy. Methods The article reviewed the clinical observation of the fifty cases of gastric cancer with combined sodium cantharidate vitamin 136 injection and postoperative chemotherapy from March, 2008 to September, 2009. After chemotherapy, the level of the adverse reaction and toxicity was compared between the treatment group （sodium cantharidate vitamin B6 injection and chemotherapy） and control group （pure chemotherapy）. Results The incidence rates of neutropenia, nausea and vomiting, abnormal liver function in treatment group were 48%, 44%, and 4%, respectively, and those in control group were 76%,72%, and 20%, respectively, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups （P〈 0.05）. No statistically significant difference was found in other aspects of adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusions The combined therapy of sodium cantharidete vitamin B6 parenteral solution and postoperative chemotherapy for gastric cancer can improve patient＇s disease- resistant ability, decrease toxic reaction rate, and improve the therapeutic effect, which is worthy of popularization.
