摘要
目的通过对广州市七星岗社区老年人群膳食结构的抽样调查,为改善其营养健康状况提供依据。方法采取连续3 d 24 h膳食回顾法对49名60~75岁的老年人膳食进行调查,并测算体质指数(BMI)。结果有67.1%的老人膳食结构欠合理。早餐热能比偏低,晚餐热能比偏高,能量摄入总量相对充足,多种维生素的摄入量不足,尤其是维生素B1和维生素B2缺乏严重,钙的摄入量也严重缺乏;而蛋白质来源相对合理,但摄入量不足;碳水化合物供热比较低,脂肪供热比偏高。结论受多种因素的影响,七星岗社区的老年人群膳食结构不太合理,应该加强教育,提高营养知识水平,合理调整膳食结构。对于体重超标的状况要加以改善。
Objective .To investigate the dietary pattern of the elderly in Qixinggang Community ofGuangzhou City, and to provide the evidence for improving their nutritional and health status: Methods Byadopting the 3 days successive survey of 24h retrospective method, daily intakes and BMIs of 49 elderly people aged between 60 to 75 years were calculated. Results The dietary patterns of 67.1% aged people were unreasonable. The percentage of heat in breakfast was too low, but it was too high in supper, and the total energy intake was enough. Vitamins and calcium intakes were insufficient, especially vitamin B1, B2, and calcium. The construction of protein source was rational, but the ingestion was not enough. The energy ratio of carbohydrate was lower, while the energy ratio of fat was higher. Conclusions As a result Of the influence of many factors, the dietary pattern of aged people in Qixinggang Community is unreasonable. More instructions should be taken to improve the knowledge level of nutrition and.rationally adjust the dietary pattern. The condition of overweight should be improved.
