茶多酚对组织器官缺血再灌注损伤保护作用的研究进展

摘要 缺血再灌注损伤(ischemia reperfusion injury,IRI)是临床常见的病理损伤过程,这一过程是多因素,多途径交叉进行的,已有研究证明:再灌注引起的氧自由基大量生成而引发脂质过氧化导致组织损伤是IRI发病的重要原因。但迄今尚无有效的防治方法。茶多酚(teapolyphenols,TP)为绿茶的主要活性成分,近年来许多文献报道,TP对动物实验性IRI有不同程度保护作用,这种保护作用可能与TP清除自由基、抗脂质过氧化反应、提高机体抗氧化能力、改善氧化应激损伤引起的细胞内钙超载有关。研究TP对动物实验性IRI的作用对于开发防治IRI的药物有重要意义。本文就近年来TP对实验动物各组织器官缺血再灌注损伤保护作用的研究进展作一综述。 Ischemia reperfusion injury (IRI) is a common process of clinical pathologic injury, this process is conducted by multi - factor and multi - channel cross. There have been studies that show reperfusion causing significant generation of oxygen free radicals that triggered lipid peroxidation leaded to tissue injury, which is an important cause of IRI. But there are no effective methods to control it so far. Tea- polyphenols (TP) is the main active ingredient of green tea, reported in much lite- rature in recent years. TP has protective effects on experimental IRI of animals in some degree. This kind of protection may be related to the elimination of free radicals, resistance of lipid peroxidation, the increase in the anti - oxidative ability and the improvement in the calcium overload in the cells caused by oxidative stress damage. The study of the effect of TP on animal experimental iRI plays an important role in development of drug for prevention and treatment of IRI. This article is to summarize the research progress of the effect of TP on experimental IRI of animals.
