新磺棕小儿止咳合剂微生物限度检查方法的研究

Methodological study on the examination of microorganism limit in Xinhuangzong Anticough children's mixture

目的消除新磺棕小儿止咳合剂的抑菌作用,以检查其微生物限度。方法采用2005年版《中国药典》附录微生物限度检查法中的中和法和薄膜过滤法消除供试品的抑菌活性后,按常规法进行菌回收率试验。结果通过人工污染5种代表菌株的菌回收率均高于70%,控制菌检查试验组检出,阴性菌对照组未检出。结论中和法和薄膜过滤法能有效地去除新磺棕小儿止咳合剂的抑菌活性,用该法进行微生物限度检查可行。

Objective To eliminate methyl Xinhuangzong Anticough children＇ s mixture bacteriostasis to check the limits of its micro - organisms. Methods Chinese Pharmacopoeia in 2005 edition of Microbial Limit Tests the neutralization method and filtration membrane method for the elimination of the antibacterial activity of test materials,the conventional method in accordance with test bacterial recovery. Results 5 positive control of recovery were higher than 70 percent. Control bacteria were detected in the test group check, and negative bacteria were not detected in the control group. Conclusion The neutralization method and filtration membrane method can effectively remove Xinhuangzong Anticough children＇ s mixture of antibacterial activity, and hence using this method to check the limits of viable micro - organisms is feasible.
