BHW35钢及其电渣焊缝低循环疲劳特性研究

摘要 本文研究了锅炉用钢BHW35及其电渣焊缝在室温和工作温度350℃低循环疲劳特性,分析讨论了温度和循环加载对低循环疲劳特性的影响;给出了循环应力—应变曲线和低循环疲劳寿命曲线;采用ASME方法获得一条BHW35钢的低循环疲劳设计曲线,并与ASME和BS规范中的设计曲线进行比较。 In this paper low cycle fatigue characteristics of BHW35 steel and its electroslag welding metal for boiler have been investigated at room temperature and 350℃. The effect of temperature and cyclic loading on low fatigue behavior has been analysed and discussed. The stress-strain curve and the fatigue life curve are given under the condition of cyclic loading. The fatigue design curve of BHW35 is obtained by the ASME method,and this curve is compared with the fatigue design curves in ASME code and BS code.
